All rules apply server-wide, including voice and video streaming channels.
Channel-specific rules would be pinned in the channels.
The listed rules are not exhaustive; any attempt to abuse loopholes to violate the spirit of these rules will be subject to enforcement.

We reserve the right to reassess and re-establish the rules as necessary. We will announce any major rule changes.

All works by our artists posted here, unless stated otherwise by us or the artists themselves, are licensed under CC-BY-NC-ND-4.0 (The highest copyright possible). So, no creating derivative work without permission, No commercial usage allowed and give credit when used with permission.

Compliment/critique the art above you before posting your art! Remember, only critique if requested!
All links needs to be approved before shared, or checked by a mod if they are present in chat.
Only post links related to art/music/writing such as personal creations or portfolios, references, tools, and tutorials (server rules apply).
If you're sharing someone else's art as inspiration or reference, credit the original creator.
Read all channel descriptions and keep on topic within that channel description.
Most importantly, enjoy, make and share lots of art!
¶ Don’t’s
No disrespecting anyone's art. Constructive feedback only (if asked).
No stealing, claiming, or plagiarizing someone else's artwork. Any plagiarism in your posts throughout the server will be deleted and you will be given a warning or a ban. Any reskins is still considered plagiarism if without consent. Please ask for permission first from the owner for any re-skinned items. Reskins and copy of other Artists in the server cannot be used for any contest/commission submission.
No scamming or stealing - both the creation or the commission fee.
No posting any pornographic, disturbing, or unwanted content or links.
No NSFW content or links (sexual, sensual, excessive blood or gore) except in #🥨mature-flex-n-feedback. In specified NSFW channels, stick to the rules of the channel.
Our line on NSFW in the general channels are, nude / sexually suggestive = NSFW. The character needs to be clothed in the general server. For specified NSFW channels, please check the pins.
No impersonation or rude/inappropriate username and avatar.
No asking for or sharing personal information. Protect your privacy and the privacy of others.
No disrespecting or attacking any member's person, personality, or opinion.
No harassments, bullying, doxing, or making other members feel uncomfortable. If someone asked you to stop, please change topic.
No offensive content, hate speech or any discrimination based on religion, gender, sexuality, nationality, or other identity.
No discussion of illegal activities or crime such as drugs, threats, or hacking.
No glorifying/promoting self-harm or suicide
No heavily political or religious discussion.
No excessive profanities.
No unsolicited DMs and recruitment/advertisements in this server or DM without @Admin or @Moderator permission.
No sharing other discord server invites except your own portfolio server.
No abuse of bot commands or functionality.
No spamming.
No ban evasion through the use of alt accounts or other methods.
